Tommy Williams
For over 30 years I have struggled with alcohol and drug addiction. I could never get free. I was in and out of jail most of my life. I have been to prison 3 times. During my last prison sentence, I cried out to God because I was broken from the loss of my first child. Jesus heard my cry. I made a promise to God; if he would heal my broken heart and reveal the truth to me about my son, I would read His word and I would do what it says. Let's just say, I got a hold of the Word (Jesus), and the Word got a hold of me. My life has never been the same. I go into Bartow County Jail and preach to the men and women who are incarcerated there. I am also an ordained Minister through Cartersville Outreach Ministries. Not only has God changed my life, but He has also changed my family's life. Hallelujah! God has blessed me with a beautiful, loving, God-fearing, Jesus loving, wife named Kristy Williams. We are excited to see what is ahead.

I graduated from high school, placed 10th in my class at the age of sixteen as an honors student with a 4.0 GPA. I was on my way to a private military college, but through the influences of this life and the world around me, I turned to drugs, sex, crime, and money to try fulfilling my selfish desires. Soon after, I fell supposedly “in love” with a woman, not really knowing how to properly love, and we had a beautiful baby girl who is now my six-year-old precious daughter. After relationship issues with her mother, we separated and I found myself in jail several times over the years resulting in working dozens of different jobs and falling into a bad meth addiction. I was in Bartow County Jail here in Cartersville, and the Lord met me right where I was after crying out to Him and worshiping Him with nothing left to give except my heart. After Pastor David had preached the Word of God and prayed over me in the Name of Jesus, I was baptized in the Holy Ghost and began praying in tongues which I learned was my own prayer language. (1 Corinthians 14:14) Instantly I was delivered from withdraws and cravings, and for months I learned all about the Power of God, Our Righteousness as believers, and Our Authority over Satan (the devil) as a believer of Christ. Ever since then, I took my rightful place as a Child of God and commanded the devil to leave in Jesus Name! I stood on faith for deliverance out of the jail and the Lord made a way where there was no way! I now serve faithfully at Cartersville Outreach as a minister of the Gospel, and through learning how to pray and evangelize to the lost, I have gotten the pleasure of seeing THOUSANDS HEALED, DELIVERED, RESTORED, AND SAVED!!! HALLELUJAH!!! THE BEST IS YET TO COME!!! ALL GLORY TO GOD!!!
